Movie of The Week: V For Vendetta

Easily the best adaptation of an Alan Moore-penned graphic novel.

Too bad he went the extra mile to disassociate himself from it.

It was really good but some of it felt…forced.

I can’t wait for the debate of whether this movie is pro-terrorism or anti-fascism or if the two can be mutally exclusive.

Natalie Portman was fine as usual. Oh, and her acting was good too.

But why does American woman who does a British accent sound the same? Do they all have the same speech coach?

A couple of V’s speeches were WAY too long (Somehow the fact that I went to the 11 PM show may be affecting how much I did or did not like it)
